Maison Madeleines begins with a simple idea: to elevate a classic into something truly indulgent — meant to be savored slowly, shared generously, or gifted without hesitation.
Each madeleine is crafted by a chef shaped by Michelin-starred kitchens and formally trained at the Culinary Arts Academy in Switzerland, grounded in the discipline and restraint of French gastronomy, where technique exists to serve balance and flavor.
Made with rich butter, fine chocolate, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, our madeleines are baked in small batches to achieve a tender, buttery interior beneath a delicately defined shell.
